With over 27 years of experience as a massage therapist, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients find relief, relaxation, and renewed energy through the healing power of touch. Over the years, I’ve specialized in a variety of techniques, with a particular focus on Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), where I am fully certified.

My passion lies in creating a space where clients feel supported—whether they’re seeking relief from chronic conditions, recovering after surgery, or simply needing time to de-stress and reconnect with their body.

In addition to MLD, I also offer Swedish massage for relaxation and Hot Stone Massage for relaxing, soothing relief. My goal is always to listen, adapt, and provide personalized care that helps you feel your best.

After nearly three decades in this field, I still believe there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone leave the table feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced.
